Early access
Pipeline, projects, time, invoices and retainers in one workspace. Nothing to reconcile at month end, because it was never in five places.
Product
Built specifically for client services teams of 1–25. No generic CRM that secretly wants you to be selling SaaS.
Drag deals across stages and watch revenue forecasting update in real time. Stage history, auto-assignment, and per-rep weighted forecasts.
Every task knows its hours and budget. The dashboard flags over-budget projects in red before the invoice goes out, not after.
Track hours against a monthly bucket. Roll-over rules. Auto-pause when the cap hits. Your accountant is going to like you again.
Polymorphic timeline across clients, deals, projects, and tasks. Every status change, every note, every drop into Won — searchable.
What's in it
Grouped by the job rather than by the menu, because that is how the week is shaped. Nothing here is held back on a cheaper tier.
From a name you half-remember to a signed agreement, without leaving the tab or re-typing anything.
8 modules
Leads
Catch enquiries from forms, email and imports before they turn into a lost note.
Prospecting
Find and enrich contacts at companies you want to work with.
Companies
Every organisation you deal with, with the people and history attached.
Contacts
People as first-class records — not rows hidden inside a company.
Lists
Segment anything into a working list and act on it as a group.
Deals
Multiple pipelines, weighted forecasting, and a board that moves.
Proposals
Build and send a proposal that looks like you wrote it, and watch it being read.
Agreements
E-signature built in, so the yes and the paperwork are the same moment.
Projects that know their own hours and budget, and invoices that read from the work you already logged.
8 modules
Clients
The delivery-side record: who the work is actually for, separate from who you sold to.
Projects
Types, templates, milestones and stages — set up once, reused every time.
Tasks
Board or list, subtasks, estimates, and a task that remembers its project.
Time
Start a timer from any task, or fill the week in afterwards.
Retainers
Hours against a monthly bucket, with roll-over rules and a cap that holds.
Finance
Invoices, recurring billing, payments, expenses, targets and reports — any currency, numbered your way.
Workflows
Automate the repetitive parts: triggers, branches, waits, webhooks.
Forms & surveys
Capture leads on your own site, and ask clients how it went on a schedule.
Client conversation in the same place as the work it is about, not in somebody's inbox.
7 modules
Connect your mailbox; threads land on the client and project they belong to.
Sequences
Multi-step outreach that stops the moment somebody replies.
Chat
Internal and per-project threads, with mentions that link to real records.
Calendar
Your calendar and the workspace's, in one view, synced both ways.
Bookings
A booking link with your real availability behind it.
Meetings
Join, record and transcribe a call without a third tool.
Recordings
Screen recordings with camera, shareable by link.
The three questions a Monday starts with: how are we doing, who is doing what, and what were we trying to achieve.
3 modules
Dashboard
Pipeline, utilisation, unbilled work and what is overdue, on one screen.
Team
Roster, roles, utilisation and who is doing what this week.
Strategy
Objectives and key results, reviewed rather than written once.
The context that usually lives in somebody's head, written down where the next person can find it.
4 modules
Documents
Versioned files with folders, previews, and links that expire.
Notes
Rich notes on any record, shareable outside the workspace when needed.
Whiteboards
Draw the thing, attach it to the project it explains.
Company knowledge
Company facts the assistant can answer from, kept in one place.
Nothing is held back on a cheaper tier. Plans differ on how many of you there are and how much you use the parts that cost us money.
Your clients get their own way in — projects, documents, invoices — without a seat, a licence, or sight of anything else.
Custom roles across all 30 modules, so a contractor sees the project and not the payroll.
Ask it to draft, find or change something. It runs on your own API key, so we never bill you twice for the same tokens.
Do the work
How it works
Import on Monday, invoice from the same records on the 1st.
Import existing clients, deals and projects from a CSV — or just start typing. Five minutes from sign-up to your first piece of value.
Drag a deal to Won. Move a task across the kanban. Add a note. The activity log captures everything; nothing falls between Slacks.
Your retainer hours, project budgets, and won deals roll up to a single number per month. Export to your invoicing tool, or use ours.

Prices exclude VAT. Any tax that applies is added at checkout, based on where your business is — if you have a valid VAT number we will collect it there and reverse-charge where that applies.
You keep your own Stripe or GoCardless for taking payment, and your accountant keeps Xero — Nucle.OS raises the invoice, it does not collect it.
What happens at the edges — trials ending, proration, leaving.
FAQ
HubSpot wants to be everything to everyone, which means it's mostly for SaaS sales teams. Nucle.OS is purpose-built for client services: retainer hours, project profitability, and a kanban that doesn't pretend deliverables and deals are the same thing.
Yes — CSV import for clients, contacts, deals, tasks, leads and invoices, from Settings → Import once you're in. Bring us a messy export and we'll help you map it; during early access that help is hands-on.
Every table is protected by Postgres row-level security, so one workspace cannot read another's rows even if the application layer is bypassed. We're hosted on Supabase in the EU, which takes automated backups of the database. We're not SOC 2 certified and we won't pretend otherwise — if you need a formal audit trail before you can sign, talk to us and we'll tell you honestly where we are.
Fourteen days free, with no card asked for to start and nothing held back. After that a workspace needs a subscription to keep editing — £24 a month for one person, £35 per seat for a team. If you decide not to, nothing is deleted: the workspace goes read-only and you can still read and export everything in it, for as long as you like.
You can export clients, delivery clients, contacts, deals, projects, tasks, lists, leads and an index of your documents to CSV from Settings → Export, or download the lot as a zip. Broader coverage — invoices, time entries, notes and email — is being worked on. If you ever want everything, ask and we'll get it to you; we're not going to hold your data hostage.
Not yet. There's no public REST API or webhooks today, and no docs site — anything you read to the contrary was us getting ahead of ourselves. It's on the roadmap; if you need it to commit, tell us and it'll shape the order we build in.
Yes, and while we're in early access there's no seat limit at all. Inviting someone is one email and they pick their own sign-in method. Roles are fully custom — you decide exactly what each person can see and do, across all thirty modules.
Spin up a workspace in under a minute. Bring your team in over coffee. Bill smarter by the end of the month.
